dc.abstract.enThe concept of human resource management is not unequivocal. In the literature on the subject, we can come across various terms for this term. However, all authors agree that this is the most im portant problem of the organization. Human resources are the most important capital of an organ ization and they determine its economic success (private sector) as well as social efficiency and rationality (public sector).
